Qualifications

• Educational background: HS diploma or GED required.
• ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines and immunizations.
• Experience in childcare or strong passion for early childhood education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support classrooms to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children.
• Assist curriculum implementation of the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting for infants to preschool.
• Prioritize safety and nurture in daily activities and routines.
• Maintain family communication about progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to foster learning through play.
