La Petite Academy is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children in a safe, engaging environment. You will assist teachers, support daily classroom activities, and help maintain a clean, organized space that fosters learning and development.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Willing to complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in daily care and maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and effectively communicate with families.
• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards and participate in ongoing training.
