Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a passionate team that cares for children and families every day. We offer benefits, a 50% childcare discount, training opportunities, and a Master Teacher Program.

As part of our center team, you will follow licensing guidelines, observe and plan for children, communicate with families, and help create a safe, engaging classroom. We value energy, reliability, and a love of learning.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation education/experience requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Care for every child daily and engage with indoors/outdoors activities.
• Effectively communicate with families about child progress and needs.
