Job summary

Learning Care Group in Indianapolis, IN is hiring Assistant Teachers to provide daily care for children and support families. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a fun, interactive classroom, and help children learn in a safe environment.

You will observe, assess, and plan for children's development, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Join a positive, supportive team that values growth and play.

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child; maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
