Cadence Education is seeking an Assistant Montessori Teacher to bring your love of children and experience in childcare to our team of caring teachers and staff. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for Montessori certification with supportive payment plans.

Formación

• Minimum Required: CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework.
• At least 18 years of age
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy.
• Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed.
• Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of students.

Our Associate teachers play a key role in our Montessori classrooms, cultivating high quality learning opportunities for infants, toddlers, preschool and Kindergarten aged students (birth through 6 years old). This is a full-time position which works alongside trained Montessori Teachers (as part of a teaching team) to deliver on our mission to develop a lifelong love of learning in our students.
