Bright Horizons is hiring an Assistant Teacher in the Boxborough, MA area to support infants and toddlers in person. You will assist with hands-on activities, communicate with families about milestones, and help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.

The role offers growth opportunities, including pursuing a CDA or college degree at no cost, with hourly pay between $18.00 and $22.40. Full-time and part-time positions are available with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• Must be 18 years old with HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year of child care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements and report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Provide classroom support across centers or nearby locations as needed.
