You'll observe, assess, and plan for children's needs, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training on childcare and development topics. A flexible schedule helps achieve balance for you and families served.

Qualifications

• Meet state or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
