Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to support children in a caring, family-focused environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain an engaging classroom, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
