KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support teachers in Hulsing Elementary and contribute to a safe, engaging classroom environment. You will help implement curriculum, assist with routines, and partner with families to promote student growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications where required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.
• Partner with parents to support children's care and education.
• Support center success by helping with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
