Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring an Assistant Teacher - Early Learning for Mount Laurel, NJ. This full-time, hourly role offers a $17.00-$20.00 pay range and responsibilities include planning engaging curricula and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons are offered.

• Maintain a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children.
• Supervise each child in your care by being able to identify, SEE, HEAR, DIRECT and ASSIST, always ensuring a safe environment.
• Uphold all YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for overall commitment to quality in childcare.
