The Learning Experience Fort Worth, TX is hiring an Assistant Teacher to implement curriculum and maintain a safe, engaging classroom at our Fort Worth location. You will communicate with families and support multiple age groups, including infants through Pre-K, under a Lead Teacher’s guidance.

Responsibilities include delivering age-appropriate activities, maintaining plans and records, and partnering with colleagues to ensure high-quality early childhood education.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in childcare/preschool preferred
• Classroom leadership experience preferred
• ECE/Child Development coursework preferred
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organization skills
• Must meet state licensing, background screening, health, and training requirements

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Summer Creek) Pay: $14-$17 hours Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday-Friday onsite at school location (Shift ending 6:30-6:45 PM)

The Learning Experience is hiring an Assistant Teacher to implement curriculum, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and communicate with families.

The Assistant teacher support the learning and development of infants, toddlers, preschool, and/or Pre-K children under the guidance of a Lead Teacher.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, unless otherwise permitted by state requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education experience required
• Classroom leadership experience preferred
• ECE, Child Development, or Education coursework preferred
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organization skills
• Must meet applicable state licensing, background screening, health, and training requirements

Physical Requirements

This active classroom role requires the ability to supervise children by sight and sound; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor; participate in indoor and outdoor activities; and safely lift up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be available.
