Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a caring team dedicated to the growth and safety of children in a child care setting. You will support daily care, maintain a welcoming classroom, and collaborate with families to track each child’s progress.

We offer extensive training, state- and accreditation-aligned guidelines, and opportunities for professional growth within a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state/accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Capability to engage children in a safe, educational activities.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive, organized classroom.
• Observe, assess and plan for children’s development and needs; communicate findings to families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
