Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children and support families. The role emphasizes following licensing guidelines, maintaining a clean and engaging classroom, and collaborating with families.

• Must meet state and/or accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
