Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily care and education for young children at our centers in Florida. You will work in a warm, engaging classroom, following licensing guidelines and company standards while collaborating with families and the center team.

We offer extensive training on childcare and child development topics, plus opportunities for growth and tuition reimbursement as part of our Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop a fun, interactive classroom and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
