Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Teacher in Rockwall, Texas. This role supports daily care, safety, and early learning activities for children in a licensed classroom environment.

You will help maintain an engaging, clean space and assist with routines under supervision. Training is provided on childcare practices, classroom management, and family communication to help you grow professionally within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Ability to observe, assess, and plan for children with accuracy.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers is essential.

Responsibilities
