Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to join our child care centers. You will support daily care, activities, and learning, while following licensing guidelines and our standards. The role emphasizes observation, communication with families, and ongoing training in childcare topics.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily care of children and maintains a clean, organized classroom.
• Engages with children to support development and learning activities.
• Communicates with families to share progress and needs.
