Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children and support families in a welcoming classroom environment. This role emphasizes following licensing guidelines, observing and planning for children's development, and engaging families.

Qualifications

• State and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
