Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers in Spring, Texas. You will assist with daily care, maintain a safe, engaging classroom, and support families through clear communication and cooperative teamwork.

You will participate in training, meet state requirements, and help children grow as lifelong learners in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in a clean, organized classroom.
