Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking energetic, dependable individuals to join our child care team as Assistant Teachers. You will help care for children, maintain a clean and organized classroom, and follow licensing guidelines to create a positive learning environment.

You will develop observation and planning skills, and communicate with families to support each child’s growth and development. Training on childcare and development topics will be provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and/or accreditation education/experience requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Willing to complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized, following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
