BrightPath Kids in Maineville is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our caring team. You will work alongside teachers and families to provide a warm, safe home-away-from-home for children, following NAEYC guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising children, supporting instructional activities, decorating classrooms, and communicating with parents. We value a positive, engaging learning environment and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must be able to work within regular operating hours.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm, clean, and safe environment for growth and exploration.
• Interact with children to encourage participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child.
