Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to work with small groups of students, delivering individualized services and support.
• Monitor student behavior, track educational progress, communicate with parents, and reinforce learning through our proven model.
• Work with students from diverse backgrounds, implement the SESI academic rotational model, and provide behavioral and academic support.
• Assist with assessments, reinforce learning, and support large group activities.
• Utilize behavior support strategies, including de-escalation and crisis management if necessary.
• Support daily planning, document student progress, supervise students, and collaborate with staff to meet student needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with students with special needs is a plus.
