Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare is hiring Assistant Teachers in New York, NY. You will follow licensing guidelines to provide daily care for children in a clean, organized classroom and support families through clear, compassionate communication.

You will engage in ongoing training on childcare and development topics, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on growth within a caring, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Assistant Teachers

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $17.51-18.19 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.

• Monday-Friday work week.
