Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers in Waldorf, MD to join a community focused on caring for children and families, with robust benefits and a supportive team. Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.

• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.13-18.83 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
