As a Preschool Teacher, you will:
- Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for 1‑year‑old babies.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
- Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
Do You Have:
- A genuine passion for the education and care of children and babies?
- At least 2+ years of professional teaching experience in a childcare facility and caring for infants and/or babies (required). 3‑4 years of experience with babies is preferred.
- CPR and first aid certification?
- Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements?
- CDA credential: a current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition is a common requirement.
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
- Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
- Bachelor’s degree, especially in Early Childhood Education.
- Other credentials: 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development may be accepted.
