Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, pass a background check, and complete DCF hours within 90 days. ECE education and experience are a plus.
• Have empathy and understanding of children's needs.
• Possess excellent communication skills.

• Can meet the physical demands of working with children.
