Job summary

The Learning Experience in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an Assistant Teacher to nurture Little Learners from infancy to preschool. You will help deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and maintain a safe, joyful classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth.

Join a team focused on development, family engagement, and ongoing training. A resume showing childcare exposure is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required and ECE coursework welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; ECE coursework preferred.
• 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years’ experience in childcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fun learning environments by helping to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create safe & happy spaces by ensuring TLE standards and protocols for clean, safe, and organized classrooms where Little Learners can explore and learn are adhered to daily.
• Monitor growth and development of understanding key milestones and celebrating their progress.
• Build relationships and communication with families and share daily updates and cheerful moments via our mobile app.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.

Position Requirements
