Job summary

The Learning Experience in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a compassionate Assistant Teacher for our HAPPY Early Childhood Academic center. You will help support daily activities and care for Little Learners.

Our centers foster joyful, engaging early education from infancy to preschool. You will assist in planning activities, maintaining safety, and communicating with families so children are happy to LEARN, PLAY and GROW.

Qualifications

• Must meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
• Experience in childcare preferred (1+ years).
• ECE coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support fun learning environments by helping to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create safe & happy spaces by ensuring TLE standards and protocols for clean, safe, and organized classrooms where Little Learners can explore and learn are adhered to daily.
• Monitor growth and development of understanding key milestones and celebrating their progress.
• Build relationships and communication with families and share daily updates and cheerful moments via our mobile app.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.

Skills

18 years of age or older

1+ years’ experience in childcare

Education

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
