Kids Academy of Sheffield Lake is seeking an experienced Assistant Teacher to join our team. You will support staff, manage scheduling and office supplies, and implement strategies to expand outreach.

You will adhere to licensing rules, develop lesson plans, and maintain a nurturing classroom environment while communicating with parents and attending staff trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• At least 1 year experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding child care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven caring and nurturing experience in a licensed educational environment.

Responsibilities
