Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers in Midwest City, OK to nurture young learners in a supportive, playful classroom environment. You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care, creating a clean, organized, and engaging space for every child.

We offer opportunities to observe and plan for child development, communicate with families effectively, and complete extensive training on childcare and preschool topics.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized while caring for every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
