Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children in a lively, supportive environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain an engaging classroom, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and engage with children in a safe, fun classroom.
• Observe and assess children, planning age-appropriate activities.
• Communicate with families about child progress and daily routines.
