Job summary

U-GRO Learning Centres is hiring Assistant Teachers in Lancaster County, PA. You will help provide daily care for children in a structured, safe environment and support families with regular updates and communication.

You will participate in ongoing training on childcare topics, maintain a clean, interactive classroom, and follow licensing guidelines to ensure high-quality care for all children.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care of every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Engage with children indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activity.
• Follow daily routines and care schedules as required.
