Job summary

Learning Care Group in Ashburn, VA is hiring energetic Assistant Teachers to join a caring team dedicated to children and families.

You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, interactive classroom, observe and assess children, and communicate with families. We offer extensive training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and our Master Teacher Program to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Meet state or accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and be physically active with children.
• Willing to complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
