Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment
• Assist in implementing age-appropriate daily lesson plans
• Support children's social and emotional development
• Establish positive family relations
• Collaborate with the lead teacher and staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred but not required
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to address stressful situations professionally and multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; for infant classrooms, ability to lift infants safely
• Reliable transportation
