OAHE Family YMCA is seeking a Preschool Assistant Teacher to support a play-based program that nurtures growth in young children. You’ll work with a lead teacher to create a warm, engaging classroom and guide kids through activities that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

This role emphasizes strong family partnerships, reliable communication with caregivers, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with young children in educational or childcare settings preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
