Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Leadership: Collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating and welcoming environment.
2. Curriculum Support: Assist in implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting to individual needs.

4. Family Communication: Support regular updates to parents via mobile apps and in-person.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Experience: Childcare experience or passion for early childhood education preferred.
3. Compliance: Must meet state-specific guidelines, including immunizations and health and safety training.
4. Caregiving Skills: Ability to identify risks, meet children's needs, model social skills, and maintain professionalism.
5. Physical Resilience: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, reach, climb, and work outdoors in varying temperatures.
