- Classroom Leadership: Collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred. Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Childcare experience or passion for early childhood education preferred.
- Compliance: Must meet state-specific guidelines, including immunizations and health and safety training.
- Caregiving Skills: Ability to identify risks, meet children's needs, model social skills, and maintain professionalism.
- Physical Resilience: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, reach, climb, and work outdoors in varying temperatures.
