Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience in childcare or a passion for early childhood education preferred.
- Must meet state-specific guidelines including immunizations and safety training.
- Caregiving Skills: Ability to ensure safety, meet children’s needs, model social skills, and maintain professionalism.
- Physical Resilience: Ability to perform physical activities and work outdoors in varying temperatures.
