Job summary

Children of America in Wisconsin–Oak Creek is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood team. You will support daily lesson plans, help create a safe, engaging learning environment, and communicate professionally with families.

The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 to $16.00 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
