Children of America in Appleton, WI is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support early childhood education across age groups from 6 weeks to 12 years. You will implement daily lesson plans, help maintain a safe and positive classroom, and communicate professionally with families and staff.

The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $13.224 to $15.81 hourly.

Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
