Job summary

Children of America is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our diverse team of educators in a caring, growth‑oriented environment. You will help deliver lesson plans for children from 6 weeks to 12 years and collaborate with families to support student progress.

The role emphasizes strong relationships, positive learning spaces, and a path toward becoming a Lead Teacher. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of licensed childcare experience.

Minimum Requirements

The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $17.00 to $20.00 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
