We are hiring Assistant Teachers for our new Guidepost Montessori school opening in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin! Join our founding team and work in a meaningful role empowering children to develop independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning.

Your Role

We seek enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Guides (Teachers) to support a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddlers, and preschool children (ages 3-6) in a Montessori environment.

In a Montessori setting, guides prepare an environment that fosters independence and captures children's interest. They provide personalized support through individual and small-group lessons, demonstrating proper use of materials and helping children articulate their experiences.

Children in a Montessori class enjoy the freedom to explore and work on materials of their choice, supported by tailored guidance that helps them develop skills, confidence, and a belief in their capabilities.

We are looking for an Assistant Guide committed to supporting each child's highest potential.

Responsibilities of Guidepost Assistant Guides include:
