Job summary

Learning Care Group in Oklahoma City is seeking Assistant Teachers to join a caring, community-focused team dedicated to children and families. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and partner with families to support each learner.

No nights or weekends in many roles, with opportunities for ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and a path through our Master Teacher Program. Join us and grow with a supportive employer that values your development.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
