Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to join our caring community. You will help provide daily care for children in a welcoming environment, following licensing guidelines and company standards to maintain a safe, clean classroom.

You will engage with children by observing, assessing, and planning activities, and you will communicate with families to support each child’s growth and well-being. Training on childcare and development is provided.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
