Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking Assistant Teachers in Saint Augustine, FL to join a caring team dedicated to children and families. You will follow licensing guidelines and create a fun, organized classroom while supporting daily care and development.

You will observe, assess, and plan for children, communicate with families, and participate in extensive training on childcare topics to grow professionally in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state/licensing guidelines.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.
• Willingness to complete extensive training on childcare topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
