Job summary

Learning Care in Hillsborough Township, NJ is hiring Assistant Teachers to support a caring, child-centered classroom. You will follow licensing guidelines, observe and assess children, and communicate with families to plan for development.

Training opportunities and a Master Teacher Program help you grow professionally. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, plus benefits, paid time off, and a 50% childcare discount.

Qualifications

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40-$17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
