Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic Teacher's Aide to join our team! You will be joining a Team of Early Educators who strive to provide a strong foundation and love of learning in each child in their care. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and follow all Office of Child Care Regulations
2. Effectively communicate daily with potential families, current families, children, Admin, and Teachers
3. Maintain a culture of accountability and growth
4. Seek out areas of growth opportunity or improvement and have the initiative to problem solve and present resolutions
5. Communicate with parents and Team members
6. Provide a safe learning environment for the children in our care
7. Create and implement developmentally appropriate daily lessons and activities

Qualifications:
