EdAdvance is one of Connecticut’s six Regional Educational Service Centers (RESCs). Our mission is to promote the success of area school districts and their communities. EdAdvance collaborates with other RESC groups through the RESC Alliance to support statewide initiatives. Additionally, EdAdvance operates five specialized school programs for students requiring educational placement outside of their districts.

EdAdvance seeks a qualified individual to work in the BASES After School Program in New Fairfield. The candidate should be professional, experienced with elementary school-aged children, possess strong communication skills, and be available during after-school hours (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm).
The Assistant Teacher works under the supervision of the Site Coordinator and the BASES Administrative Team.
