Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a community focused on caring for children and families. The role emphasizes observing, assessing, and planning for children's development, while communicating with families and following licensing guidelines.

You'll work a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, enjoy a base hourly wage with benefits including health, PTO, and tuition assistance through the Master Teacher Program. Transportation required at this site.

Qualifications

• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Assistant Teachers

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $16.48-$17.12 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
