Job summary

Learning Care Group in Vestal, NY is hiring Assistant Teachers to provide high-quality care for children in a licensed center. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, organized classroom, and engage actively with families to support each child’s development.

We offer a Monday-Friday work week with opportunities for training, tuition assistance, and a path toward our Master Teacher Program, plus health insurance and 401(k) matching for eligible employees.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.48-$17.12 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
