The Goddard School of Chester Springs, PA is seeking a motivated Assistant Teacher to support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging activities and maintaining a safe, stimulating classroom environment. You will help implement age-appropriate lessons, engage children in social, emotional and cognitive development, and communicate with families about daily progress.

The role emphasizes teamwork and a nurturing learning atmosphere in our state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience working with young children in licensed childcare or preschool.
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.
• Works productively without supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with children.
• Must pass state background checks and meet state requirements.
