Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Assistant Teachers to nurture and guide children in our centers. You will maintain a clean, engaging classroom, follow licensing guidelines, and collaborate with families to support development.

Training on childcare and child development will be provided, with a focus on safety and active learning. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, immediate benefits including health coverage and paid time off, and access to our Master Teacher Program and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.43-19.14 hourly, Bi‑weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time‑off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full‑time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part‑time workers.
